I cannot say enough how important this is! taking care of your self is the most rewarding thing you can ever do for your self. Self-care is important to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself as it produces positive feelings and boosts your confidence and self-esteem. Also, self-care is necessary to remind yourself and others that you and your needs are important too. Make sure you have a good balance in your daily life and what I mean by that make sure you are follows the basics of life, eat, sleep, hygiene to ensure that you stay sharp, motivated and healthy.
